I told them the date and I got the call really quickly. Upon joining, I realised they were very desperate for manpower and regretted immediately. The bad reviews are real. The happy employees are those who live in the far-flung locations where the company is located and can't find jobs in better locations. They do pay such employees well, but they will have difficulties if they get transferred or if they move office locations.
