About the Team:
The FP&A team plays a critical role in conducting data-driven financial performance analysis, understanding past results and projecting the future of the business at the global level. Our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also includes proactively identifying actionable insights to drive high-impact business changes. The regional FP&A team serves as a bridge between countries and group management, working closely with local teams to understand business drivers and translating them to senior management, thereby supporting high-impact decision-making.
Job Description:
Partner with regional and local stakeholders across multiple functions to translate business performance into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Drive the preparation of critical management reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications used in regional business reviews and decision-making forums
Conduct deep-dive analyses on financial and operational performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities under tight timelines
Collaborate with business teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across markets and functions
Design, maintain, and continuously enhance reporting frameworks to improve visibility into business performance
Lead automation and process improvement initiatives to streamline FP&A workflows, improve reporting efficiency, and reduce manual effort
Support high-impact strategic projects and ad-hoc business analyses for senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics or any related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
Highly proficient in Excel, hands-on experience with large amounts of data
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills with work experience in data-driven analysis under pressure
Organised, demonstrated skills in prioritisation & ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
