You must be customer service oriented and have experience in B2B operations
1. Attend to major customer’s enquiries and liaise with customers to ensure that all the job requirements of the orders given are captured, in the event if the team members are not able to assist
2. Responsible to monitor and liaise closely with Operations Team on the execution of jobs received in her team
3. Maintain inventory report and undertake monthly closing of accounts
4. Maintain business relationship with customers and responsible for customer management on a higher level
5. Communicate and coordinate with the appointed third-parties in relation to job orders
6. Assist in all aspects of accounts receivables process including billing, invoices, issuance of debit notes and credit notes as while as checking of teams’ invoices
7. Maintain networking with other departments with relating to executing of job orders
8. Work with other managers or senior management to draft out reports and findings into official reports when dealing with feedback and complaints
Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
