ENCE Marketing Group is seeking proactive, and dynamic people of influence to join us as we expand our business in Singapore and regionally. We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful person to oversee and manage the client projects for the group and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing client and operational management matters
• Securing and co-ordinating with suitable vendors/partners for client projects
• Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings
• Ensuring insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to
• Working with marketing and PR colleagues to promote the event (if necessary)
• Liaison for artworks and marketing materials for the clients you handle
• Post-event and marketing evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)

Requirements:

• Project management/event management experience of 3-5 years
• Good spoken and written English
• Initiative and resourcefulness
• Independence and ability to work in a diverse team environment
• Able to work at a fast pace and communicate with people at all levels
