The Employee’s primary responsibilities are:
 to build and grow A&M TAG Southeast Asia, a strategic business unit of Global TAG (“TAG-SEA”);
 to work on a diverse range of complex assignments, alongside other experienced management professionals leading a project;
 to generate business leads and act as a mentor to the junior staff;
 to engage in practice development, marketing and selling efforts; and
 any other matters as reasonably requested by A&M or an authorized representative thereof.
