About the Roles

Join an educational content publisher as a DTP Desktop Publishing Admin Assistant based in Bukit Merah, supporting publication production on a 5-day Monday to Friday schedule with working hours from 8am to 6pm or 9am to 7pm. This is a permanent role offering a basic salary with performance bonus, ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating print and publishing workflows in a structured, deadline-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the production process for educational publications from manuscript stage through to final print.
• Coordinate closely with editors, graphic designers, layout artists, printers, and external service providers to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Prepare and assist with page layout, formatting, proofreading, and quality checks to ensure accurate and well-presented content.
• Track production schedules, monitor assigned tasks, and follow up on key milestones to support timely delivery.
• Organise and maintain production files, records, documentation, and related administrative materials.
• Provide administrative assistance and support additional production-related duties when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Relevant experience in publishing, print operations, project coordination, or administrative support will be advantageous.
• Proofreading experience will be a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Meticulous and well-organised, with strong time-management skills.
• Able to handle multiple priorities effectively in a deadline-driven work environment.
