Executive, Programme

Job Responsibilities

• Be part of a Programme Management Team (PMT) to ensure successful execution of a complex and fast-paced programme.
• Support the Programme Manager in the following:
• • Coordinate with the Customer, Suppliers and other departments within the organisation, to ensure programme deliverables are on time.
  • Track deliverables, purchases, and programme assets.
  • Prepare and consolidate materials (minutes, slides, reports) for stakeholders such as Management and Customer.
  • Monitor programme status; manhours, cost, revenue, security, risks.
  • Preparation of business proposals; consolidate inputs from Technical, Legal and Finance departments.
  • Ensure day to day coordination of logistics (such as parts, equipment and transportation) to support production activities.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering.

• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

• Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• A team player with a proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility.

• Project execution experience will be an added advantage.
