A customer-facing engineering role for someone who enjoys solving real-world deployment and integration problems, and who can build or adapt systems to close the gap between a product and what customers actually need in the field.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand deployment challenges and translate them into engineering solutions
• Identify gaps between the product and real-world use cases, then build or adapt systems to close them
• Collaborate across internal teams to integrate solutions end-to-end across hardware and software
• Improve product reliability, usability, and performance based on live deployment feedback
• Contribute to platform and product improvements informed by field experience
• Act as the technical bridge between internal R&D and external client needs

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Strong software engineering foundation with experience shipping production systems
• Customer-facing experience or comfort working directly with external stakeholders
• Ability to diagnose problems across hardware and software boundaries
• Self-directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguity
• Genuine interest in deep tech, AI, or applied engineering

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with SaaS product delivery or technical consulting
• Familiarity with simulation, autonomous systems, or robotics
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar systems-level tooling
