      Low pay Stagnant product The mgmt is moving it's operations hub to India. You end up having to train the India ops team who would replace you eventually.

      Pros

      Culture is great, people are collaborative. Everyone contributes to the goal of improving and building towards the firm goals. People are mostly young and energetic. One of the rare companies where they really focus on the company values. Company strategy of building good relationships with large merchants has been working for a long time and looks like it will continue to.

      Cons

      Pay and yearly increment is standard - nothing much to shout about. Career growth outside of HQ quite limited.
