Pros

Cons

Pros

Lots of opportunities to take the initiative and get things done. Opportunities to learn like nowhere else.

Cons

Can be intense, especially when need to discuss topics company-wide with many stakeholders. Although would probably even be more troublesome in another company.

Pros

Interesting topics to work, Coming from a bigger startup before, i definitely grew a lot here. I find also a healthy mix between flexibility & accountability

Cons

Some colleagues want to work from home 100%. I have found some mismatch in performance and expectations which are hard to navigate
