vast opportunities, the company invest in our development, especially professional certifications. pay and benefits are decent, flexible, the colleagues are supportive and professional, exposure to different function of supply chain, opportunities to connect with a lot of people from different function. the assignment for each rotation is giving us a lot of advantage in strengthening our portfolio.

Cons

mostly working by ourselves with no specific team we belong to. most of the people who's not aware of this program, treat us like we're interns and contractor. not many aspire in a country, unless you're based in EU. for the other regions, it can be a 'you're on your own kid' journey. other than that, appreciate my time here
