      Pros

      Binance is very fast-paced and filled with talented individuals who are driven and capable. The business is performing well, and employees are rewarded with competitive compensation and generous bonuses. The company also invests in its people by providing structured training programmes and sponsoring professional development courses. The culture here is performance-focused — with clear team direction, there’s no room to fall behind or stay idle. At the same time, the work-from-home arrangement is a big plus, especially for employees with family commitments, offering good flexibility and work-life balance.

      Cons

      This is not a typical 9am–6pm role, and the fast-paced nature of the work leaves little room to slow down. The environment is highly competitive, which at times can lead to unnecessary internal politics and tension within teams. There is also a lack of psychological safety — employees may feel uncomfortable escalating toxic behaviour to management or HR. People managers may not always prioritise team well-being. In some cases, aggressive or unrealistic KPIs can create sustained pressure and negatively impact employees’ health over time.
