-Hands on learning -The teams are made of great people - Lovely, friendly approachable co-workers from senior management down - Constantly improving workplace -Personal development opportunities are widely available

Cons

I don't really have any currently, however can think of only one point, sometimes the pace is very fast and directions can quickly change. Not necessarily a con though.
