      Pros

      * Awesome locations for work: Wilshire in LA; Vegas; and I heard we have a new WeWork location in San Diego * There are some excellent, highly knowledgable senior engineeers who know what's up. They and the company help bring more junior folks up to speed * Lots of opportunities to work with the latest tech. We're not stuck on Java 6 here. * Great work/life balance. The company tries to keep people engaged with workout programs, tech talks, food, parties and community service opportunities * CEO and CTO like to play poker (not just as a hobby; they've formed businesses and written books about it) so if that's your thing, this is your place

      Cons

      No cons specific to this company; honestly, the company does things pretty well. Every engineering organization has challenges with tech debt, management, timelines, hiring, and stewardship of complicated tasks. We have those too. I look at these as an opportunity to help improve the company.
