      Pros

      A company that invests efforts in diversity & inclusion, as well as mental health support. Given the pandemic, the company has been gracious to allow flexible work hours and many catch-ups are available to ensure that employees' welfare is well taken care of. Initiatives that champion women empowerment, race & culture and LGBTQ+ were also rolled out so that employees can feel at ease at work. Keep it up
