Positief zijn de ruime hoeveelheid vakantiedagen, goed pensioen met hoge werkgeversbijdrage, en mogelijkheden tot (onbetaald) ouderschapsverlof.
Minder goed zijn de vroege ochtenden en/of late avonden werken vanwege internationale vergaderingen, de baanonzekerheid door reorganisaties elke 2 jaar, en het over tijd reduceren van secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
