I am looking to apply for the Columbia emba program this year. I completed my EA today and got a 162 ( 18 IR, 12 Quant, and 12 Verbal) is this score good enough ?

Is matriculating at 33 with 12 YOE too old for a full time MBA to make a career change? Or too old to try for a T10 MBA?

Is doing a term exchange at HEC Paris considered impressive? Or what program in Europe is the strongest on resume?

One pattern I keep seeing. Organizations become slower as they become more politically careful. Too many decisions start optimizing for internal comfort instead of external relevance.
