Very generic process. I was interviewed by a very recently promoted Senior Manager who don't know the basics of interviewing. It was just reading some questions from book and was not technical at all even though it was called a skill interview. The interviewer was clearly not showing any interest during the process and was yawning in between which per me is a big red flag about the team as it shows you won't be respected. There was no email intimation about the status and they just changed my application status in workday. As a return candidate and that too interviewed for a Manager level I expected a bit more professionalism.
