The interview process began with a conversation with talent recruiter from Activate Interactive which was a friendly discussion and introduction, followed by a technical take-home assignment I had seven days to complete. While the recruiter offered some clarification on my questions, I often had to make assumptions and explain my approach based on those. After submitting the assignment, the recruiter provided positive feedback and scheduled a three-hour video call with the DevOps team for a more in-depth technical interview. The technical interview with the DevOps team was well-organized and interactive. We discussed my assignment, explored potential improvements, and even implemented those enhancements. The interview concluded with two pair programming challenges where I collaborated with the team. Following this successful interview, the recruiter again conveyed positive feedback and arranged a final meeting with the project manager. The final interview, also technical in nature, focused on broader project aspects, the daily tasks I could expect, and how my skills could benefit the team. The entire interview process took approximately two months. Once I received the offer letter, the recruiter efficiently handled the final steps, including document collection, background checks, and securing my work permit. Overall, despite applying from abroad, the interview process was smooth and positive.

Very pathetic recruitment process. The TA team don't even bother contacting you or replying to your mails only automated emails that ask for details but no update on it , email for technical test but then will not share the link even after giving a date and further follow-ups. speaks a lot about the culture and management of a organization when they are so rude, apathetic and lacking in basic professional decency.
