It felt like the first two interviews they didn't read my resume before showing up and that in the second interview, I was asked a lot of repeat questions and given another equivalent explanation of the role. Felt like they wasted my time a lot.
The third interview I got drilled some career goal-type questions.

J D did not match H R's descriptions, even after clarifying during first round interviews, ended up being unnecessary time spent preparing and planning for the interview. could have spent time preparing for a different interview instead
