Started off great but as the interview went on the interviewer began interrupting me while I was answering questions. She also began emphasising that my years of experience were lower than their existing employees in the same field, when my experience exactly matched the job listing. We had 30 mins for this initial call, but around the 15 minute mark she just gave up completely, asking if I have any questions for her and half-heartedly answering them. And of course, when I sent a think you follow-up email to her, there was no reply. I suspect the recent negative reviews on Glassdoor are referring to this same individual, whom I have to exercise a strong restraint against naming here outright but won't out of professional courtesy (of which she has little of).
