This feedback was delivered in a way that felt belittling rather than helpful. Attempted Justification: Although the manager attempted to sugar coat these comments as "not offensive," the tone and content were clearly discouraging and unprofessional. Discouragement from Career Progression: I was told to "stay where I am," implying that I should not aspire to advance or seek new opportunities, which is demotivating and contrary to the spirit of professional growth. Overall, the interview left me feeling undervalued and unfairly judged based on personal characteristics rather than my professional abilities.
