I first had a 30 minute call with recruiter, followed by interview with practice group managers, then met with team consultants, and then a final interview with principles. Overall the process took place over about a week and moved quickly, communication with recruiter was very consistent and I felt like they were my advocate throughout.
Mostly behavioral - two interviews with two principles and two associates. All employees were kind and it was not a technical interview. Heard back from them by a phone call within three to five weeks.

Interview
I applied for the position at the beginning of December 2025 and heard back from a recruiter three weeks later. I completed a phone screening at the end of the month. The recruiter gave me a rundown of the position and asked me about my recent roles on my resume. She was very informative and prompt—also noting that there was a preference for hiring those local/willing to relocate to Portland (HQ) for this role. I finally heard back after New Years (around a week after the screening) that I was not going to be moving forward with the position. I was disappointed as I believe I would have been a strong candidate, but I really think that they were looking for someone willing to live in Portland. I think this is a new company preference as the recruiter had mentioned during our call that they had some negative experiences with recent remote hires.
