What is an example of a project you worked on that had to massively change course mid-way through and how did you handle it
Panel style with multiple ME and the head ME. Very relaxed tone. Questions were about past work experience, and what courses I had taken in school. Panel members all were very knowledgeable about their specific part of operation.
Very friendly, the recruiter was super prompt and helpful, and was always available for questions or concerns before the interview. I interviewed in front of a 5-person panel with all direct reports, and I only had 1 interview. The team was super friendly and explained the role in great detail.
