Genpact Management Trainee interview questions

The overall difficulty level was medium. The interview process included three rounds: one HR round and two technical rounds. The HR team's response was delayed, which I've heard from other colleagues as well. Everything else went smoothly.

Interview process was moderate. They asked About work experience . There were 2 rounds Asked behavioural questions to check personality About Erps which i worked on so it was not that much difficult but easy to moderate interview .if you have a good knowledge on concepts then you will clear your interview.
