Inter-American Development Bank Intern interview questions

After applying for the post, I waited for a month and a few days before I was told that I was accepted conditionally upon the fulfillment of certain contractural issues. After that, I had a phone call to confirm an interview date.

1. The human resources department filters online applications and presents shortlist to hiring managers. 2. Hiring managers may choose to interview or to select from within the list of applicants. 3. The applicant is informed about the decision 4.You receive a call from human resources to confirm some personal information. Notice that they take a lot of time to make a decision (Early April)
