      Interview

Had screening with recruiter. They were nice but then proceeded to lie. Said they'd follow up in a few days and never did. I followed up and they said they'd come back in a few more days for next steps and... never did. So I followed up again in a week. They apologised and said they would respond again in a few days... never did but then suggested we schedule a call then ghosted/ no showed for the call. Horrifically unprofessional, inconsiderate and incompetent recruiting process. They don't care at all about candidates and in this job market that says alot about how they are willing to treat people.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit

      Interview

Interview process was unparalleled. Recruiter was highly professional and responsive. Interview panel was extremely humble, respectful and helpful. Overall, felt very welcoming and definitely felt like a real humane place to work at. Unfortunately for me, I tanked my presentation and interviews, so not expecting an offer. But there was a great deal to learn from the process. I do highly recommend the company though.
