NORESCO Senior Design Engineer Mechanical interview questions

3 interviews of 3 months essentially. Quick feedback after 1st interview, then longer waiting time (3wks) for 3rd interview. It was more conversational than technically challenging questions. I described my work experience, and I did have a tragic life experience just before the pandemic that led to me having a 3yr gap in my employment, so I am in a unique position and struggling to get back to work at my earning potential. I'm accepting needing to take 1 step back before 2 steps forward again.
