I applied online. I interviewed at NinjaTrader (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Screening phone call with a recruiter, then an online logic and computer test, in-office interviews with three different people. Final interview lasted almost two hours. Online tests took about 35 minutes and were very easy.

Question 1
Describe a time you messed up and how did you fix it. Describe a day at work where you felt very successful.
I did several rounds of interviews, meeting with the recruiter, hiring manager, colleague, and a portfolio presentation. Throughout the process, everyone was friendly, with constant and quick contact with the recruiter. The recruiter seemed to be transparent and when I commented on it, they told me multiple times about how important the prospect experience was to the company.
The portfolio presentation apparently did not go well because they ghosted me afterward. I have a good portfolio and the interviewers seemed to take pains not to give me any feedback.
After all of the discussion about prospect experience, it seemed that once I was no longer a candidate, they did not feel the need to send even an automated rejection. I am now employed elsewhere.

Question 1
Talk about a time that you received harsh feedback from a colleague.
Interview process was short, just a phone screening and an in person interview. Met with an HR partner, and then three individuals, at varying levels within the department. They were flexible with their abilities to meet for the interview which was good.
