Was a Covid hire; two rounds of virtual interview with the hiring managers, generic questions were asked, mainly about past experience, set tone about how the team is structured and functions
Applied online and heard back from the recruiter within 2 weeks. The process had 2 rounds: an initial HR screen, followed by a panel with the hiring manager and team. Overall well-organised and professional — interviewers were friendly and the questions were fair. Communication between rounds was very prompt . Took about 8 weeks end to end.

Fast and easy, manager was open to sharing candidly on difficulties of job. Entry level and shared team dynamics candidly. Open to taking a chance on fresh graduates. Great interview process.
