I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OCBC in Apr 2025
Interview
Very long, from start application, forms.
Assessment, interview with recruiters before getting to actual interview, you would waste alot time many things shouldn't be done at start rather if the candidate is fit and first interview goes well as you need to go through long process but not qualify
Very bad experience. 1st round hiring manager made me wait almost 30mins, then asked me to do a strategy approach for her. Should have run for the hills then. When i finally didnt get the job and asked for quick feedback, they went silent on me. Twice. Another local bank whom i shall not name kindly provided feedback, as did other companies i interviewed with.
