I applied online. I interviewed at PSA International (Singapore)
Interview
The interview process is pretty straight forward. For fresh grad. the question asked will not be too technical and if you show the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to support 24/7 systems then your chance of winning the job should be quite high. Last but not least, supporting 24/7 doesn't mean you don't need to sleep everyday. Rather, there will be a team of engineers support a common set of systems and each will take turn to support at night of the system encounter any issues.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PSA International (Singapore) in Aug 2025
Interview
- one of the interviewers did not show her face even though company requested for a face-to-face video interview. Thought it was rather rude.
- Interviewers asked a lot about personal interests and hobbies, not relevant to job role or job requirements. Seems really keen on my personal life, rather than on my interest in the job.
- i interviewed for a system engineer role, because i decided on a career pathway i want to embark on, but interviewer asked a lot about why i did not choose other occupations or job roles instead.
