I applied through other source. I interviewed at Pan-American Life Insurance Group (Port of Spain) in Apr 2025
Interview
After applying online, I had a Microsoft Teams job interview on April 24th, 2025 for a Customer Service Assistant position in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago for 1:00pm.
I logged on at 12:45pm. The interview started after 1:00pm and it was very disorganised, as the HR representative seemed to forget that she was supposed to log on.
The interview was long and repetitive. Even after answering their questions, they asked me the same questions, just worded a bit differently.
The interview was so long that when it was my time to ask questions, the time alloted ran out.
I was advised that the role was needed to be filled urgently and that feedback would be provided the following week.
Today is May 15th, 2025 and I have not received any feedback to date. I sent two follow up emails to their HR representative. She advised me that feedback will be provided but I have never received feedback to date.
It is really disappointing that a company like PALIG can be so unprofessional. I will not be applying to them in the future.
