I applied online. I interviewed at Prestige BioPharma
Interview
The scientist who interviewed me was extremely manipulative. Firstly, even though the position was stated as full-time in the ad, she starts off the interview saying she will employ you as an 'intern' for the probation period (3 months). You get an INTERN's pay. Next, subject to performance, she will then confirm you, for a 2-year contract that has a shockingly low pay and no signs of a raise.
When I was questioning the whole "why do you set the probation period as an internship but not put that in the job ad" angle, she started telling me that she "already has a first-class honours girl working for her" (who turned out to be someone I know), and that "many people want this job, so I'd have to accept the job immediately".
I never heard back from the company after the interview, even after sending an email asking for an update. The worst interview I had.
