Singtel Customer Service Officer interview questions

Nice interviewer, but have been waiting for more than 3hrs + for the interview, too many candidates in the queue. Filing up the personal details and answering the test question took me about 45min.

Applied through an agency, got an email confirmation for phone interview a week later. After the phone interview, went to the office for a quick face to face. Questions were general. Asked about customer service experience and work hour.
