TP ICAP Senior Broker interview questions

I was approached by a company director who was familiar with my clients and they effectively asked if I would consider joining the company. It says I need to write a minimum of 30 words about the interview process but it really was very simple as I was working for a competitor they were aware of who I was and how I performed.
