Had an in-person interview with potential supervisor and HR, did an assignment, and had another in-person interview with the Director.
Overall, the process was protracted, but what I was most shocked by was that the organisation left me hanging after the interview with the Director. I followed up 3 weeks later, to which they said to let them know if I had an offer. Followed up again 1.5 months later, to say I had a pending offer and they asked if I would like to withdraw my candidature as they were still reviewing candidates for the role. I said I would still like to be kept in consideration, and am still waiting till this day.
It has been 4 months since I had my first interview…is the hiring process at Temasek really that slow, or did they just reject me without informing me? Am absolutely fine if there’s another candidate who’s more suited to the role, but thought an update was the least they could have provided, especially since I was already at the final stage.
After the recruiter reached out, the first interview was held 1 month later. There should be 3 or more rounds. I have to prepare a pecha kucha which I took more time preparing rather than for the interview itself
First round was a tech round, nothing too difficult but may be caught of guard regarding the questions asked. Second round was with directors, more on your thought process, behaviour.
Didn't pass this round. It has been 4 months and they are still posting the position. Seems like they are highly selective which is not surprising. Not 100% sure what they are looking for.
The selection process comprised of four rounds, which included one technical round and three rounds to evaluate behavioral and team fit. Each of these rounds was quite extensive and took approximately 2-4 weeks to complete. As a result, the entire process was quite lengthy and involved a considerable amount of time and effort.
