Interview
The interview process was poorly structured and felt disconnected from real-world development practices.
The technical assessment included a SQL exercise (straightforward) and a .NET coding challenge where candidates were expected to build a production-level API architecture from scratch in about 20 minutes, with no environment setup or stack context provided.
The second half consisted of basic theoretical questions about .NET concepts, which felt like a junior-level quiz rather than a senior engineer assessment.
Overall, the process seemed outdated and not well thought through. If you're a senior developer, expect a frustrating experience that doesn't reflect your real skills.

Create a .NET solution from scratch with a single endpoint that lists all employees of a given type, using best practices, architecture, patterns and security.

Interview
My experience was with the Latam hiring team. First contact is an interview with the recruiter. Then you take an online assessment in hackerrank. After that you think you'll get an offer but there's another technical interview where you will be evaluated to create an API in .Net by memory. You can't use any external tools. (yeah in a world where they ask AI for everything)
Instructions are not very clear. You'll need VS installed for the interview
