Vary easy interview process. Panel style interview. They ask about teamwork and situational style questions. However once you are hired management will talk to you condescendingly and yes at you.

They asked me what my biggest accomplishment was? I am not sure why that mattered for a customer service position. They asked me how I would handle conflict within the team?

Easy interview process. Met with several people associated with the department, and was asked questions about relevant work experience. Very standard interview process, nothing unusual. Only interviewed one time, panel style experience with several mid level managers.
