Processo sem pé nem cabeça. Cheguei a fazer dois deles quase no mesmo mês, um para Tech Lead (3 etapas: RH, Técnico e Liderança), no fim me deram um baita ghosting, zero feedback, motivo, nada. Alguns dias depois me chamaram para outro processo de Staff Engineer, a mesma recrutadora que me deu ghosting e não respondeu minhas mensagens sobre o status do processo anterior e me disse que simplesmente mudaram a vaga para Senior Manager (o pessoal tá bem de carreer ladder viu rsrs), enfim aceitei seguir para Staff Engineer, ela me disse que nesse caso eu teria que fazer um projeto (basicamente arquitetura event driven processando eventos e salvando numa base) e entregar em cinco dias, depois teria mais duas etapas, que não deu nem tempo saber como são, pois fiz o projeto, extremamente bem estruturado, documentados, apontado trade-offs, etc. e novamente, ghosting. Não responde mensagem, não dá feedback, etc. Espero que ninguém aceite trabalhar num lugar desses com esse tipo de postura nada profissional.
The interview process was good. HR was communicative and present throughout the process. I had an initial technical screening on codesignal, followed by panel discussion. All rounds were conducted in the evening or at night since the team was based out of US but wanted me to work in person in Bangalore. Finally got the positive feedback from the HR but they low balled me with Senior Software Engineer instead of Staff Software Engineer. Honestly disappointed in putting in a months time for the process and getting positive feedbacks only to be low balled by the hiring manager and HR as they had no basis point for their feedback.
