Management treats every staff like a witch or wizard, it doesn't matter if your opinions are differed, they'll contact you late into the night, it matters not if your dateline is tight. Micro-management is the favourite of the senior management. Fall-in-line, don't go off on a different tangent. Otherwise they'll decree, put your name RED and BIG for all to see. Send them your progress report, and make sure it's on the dot, but they won't read anything in it, till you tell them you want to exit. They'll tell you "good job", behind your backs, they'll whisper "what a slob" but no, when they're with others, their lies, oh, it smothers. Promotions, they'll promise, to the un-deserving always, afraid of the exodus, they'll try to appear magnanimous. The money's a pittance, not enough to make you dance, the bonus they'll spread, so you'll keep staying instead.
