New employees are expected to become fully competent within an unrealistically short time. If you are still learning after a week, you may become the subject of criticism rather than being properly guided. Management lacks organisation and clear direction. Decisions often rely heavily on selective input rather than objective assessment. When issues arise, responsibility is quickly pushed downward instead of being addressed constructively.
