Nice time off, but poor IT management impacts productivity

Nice PTO/time off for winter and summer shutdowns.

Cons

Bad senior IT management, making up crises that they then "fix", only really causing more delay and confusion with no direction. It has been a revolving door of people, so much for all that time wasted on training and getting actual stuff done.
