      Great place to work!

      Pros

      Great WLB, full autonomy and project exploration. Little-to-no office politics. Everyone is collaborative. Hybrid work arrangement (2D WFH, 3D WFO). Generous bonus performance. Transparent informatiin cascading from senior leaders.

      Cons

      Stock provision only given to Manager level and above. End-year performance review is done in Q4 (i.e. Oct-Dec), but the annual bonus is only paid out on March the following year which is a big gap.
