A rarity in this day and age > young team that is quite driven. my department is generally helpful and I can learn from them > a lot of other benefits that isn't factored into base pay e.g. holiday allowance, health allowance > cross functional and corporate teams are quite supportive and helpful e.g. finance, HR, admin
Cons
> lack of structure in terms of job grading structure. There's no consistency in job titles > no clarity in pay structure or pay equity > some teams seem to have it easier than others (e.g. work from home, shorter working hours) > performance management lacks KPIs and goal setting > lack of transparency e.g. when senior management leaves the company
