Hi, thank you for sharing a few words about your Booking.com experience. We welcome all reviews and concerns, and we are aware that the cost of living in our tech hubs imposes an additional challenge. We’re frequently reviewing our compensation policy, as to be in line with market practices and we’re doing our best to identify potential impactful changes in our Compensation and Benefits packages, as to support our people better. Career Ending Company

Pros

Perfect place for coasters and people who are looking to deliver 0 value

Cons

This is a dead-end company riddled with bureaucracy and clueless management. It’s filled with lazy employees who look for any excuse to take long sick leaves or inject DEI initiatives into the workplace instead of focusing on results. They rely on 20+ year-old technology and have no plan to modernize, as they don’t even consider themselves a tech company. The C-level has no regard for employees and has happily laid people off while awarding themselves bonuses exceeding $100 million.
