      Pros

      The only reason people still work here is that they can’t find employment elsewhere. Unless you are desperate for employee. Please join

      Cons

      1) HR promise good bonuses and benefits before you join, but in reality, bonus amount can only buy 1 plate of Caifan. Benefits there is none. 2) Cutting manpower, translating to a heavy workload for most employees. All the income is used to feed several “strategy leaders”. 3) Toxic work environment. If you are young, please avoid this company! Promotion is impossible as “talent” is imported from India. 4) Nothing can work here. Every department pushes responsibility around. Even if you are a villian, you might be surprised to find a mega villain here. They will push back the work to you

      Pros

      Currently undergoing strategic change, there would some shakeoff may be good for long term. Average market pay

      Cons

      Too focus on short term financial results, whenever does not meet P/L 1st response would cut labor cost. Annual exercise to trim down manpower cost specially on Q3 to Q4 result in fear among employees. The question in employee mind is, who is the next one to be remove. Management fail to cultivate creative and inclusive culture other than focus on R&D and sales. Even increasing workload without manpower support.

      No pros unless your current company benefits are worse than what are offered. New and inexperienced leadership driving the company strategies. Do believe most of the reviews posted here.

      Cons

      Toxic working environment and staff is being treated as dispenable. High turnover had been observed. HR will make you believe that their bonus payout is good without specific terms before joining. Many Red flags. U turns and frequent sudden change in their policies.
