There is seriously none. All the positive reviews, especially 5-stars are dubious. Please read with cautious. This is from someone who has gone through the Ace-Chubb merger up to most recently.

Cons

- Extremely high turnover. Most colleagues are less than 2 years in the company, how is that low attrition rate as posted by someone else? - Low salary, very low bonus & limited career progression. - Toxic culture, no one would disagree if it is said that the culture is worst than SME

- Horrible toxic culture - Bosses are vulgar and regularly berate others or use vulgarities. - Incessant drinking culture for bosses which leaves piles of work for others. - Extreme lack of empathy or welfare for employees. Very regimental and authoritative management. - High office politics and internal conflict even between teams within departments. More of ACE culture than Chubb. - Terrible bonus. <1 month. Terrible benefits. - Please avoid at all costs even if you join Regional or Local teams. This is a toxic place.

Too much outstanding backlogs. Too much overtime. Management is not helping much. Poor process flow. Too much turnover in staff
