Cons

I would like to respectfully share an observation regarding LA reduction. While the role offers strong learning opportunities, my original cohort of seven has reduced to three in a year, a 57% decrease indicating potential strain for new joiners.

Opportunities for learning and growth. Good level of autonomy in how I want to approach my work and projects. Approachable, friendly colleagues and a generally positive team culture.

Cons

Some structures and processes are still evolving, which can create occasional ambiguity, but teams are open and collaborative in working through challenges together.
