      - Colleagues are generally helpful but they can be pretty toxic if you get on their bad side

      Cons

      - Open criticism and shaming culture - CHRO’s emotional outbursts and UPPERCASE usage - Differing allowances paid to certain individuals based on favouritism - Agile is used as an excuse for poor planning; in truth, managers have no idea what they want - “Mandatory” daily lunch - SG team has a weird superior mindset over MY counterparts, with witch-hunting in play - Temp staff treated like kids and servants

      Pros

      Global company. Looks good on cv. Good place to grow ur networks and be exposed to the real work.

      Cons

      DSV grows by acquiring companies. With each merger, there’s bound to be redundancies. Over and over again, you will be subjected to a whole bunch of uncertainties regarding ur job security. The long service employees are not spared either. Even if u managed to survive that , u will experience constant changes in work even before the legacies from the previous m&a are closed. Its mentally draining.
